I've posted this before in PP, but I'm bringing it back to life. For me, yes, I get really perturbed when people tease her for no reason on purpose. In fact, I even saw a Brawl vid when Kirby saved Princess Peach rather than Zelda (which of course I was happy for), and as I read the comments, I noticed that people began to mock her. They were like "Don't worry Zelda, I'll save you baby", and things like that. They even called Princess Peach names which is even worse. I didn't reply back to them, but if I did, I'd tell them "You Peach-hating bozos, show some respect to her too. Not just Zelda."

Who else gets angry when they see this?

Well, it is quite annoying. The flaming of Peach is common, but I think her fanbase is bigger. =) The people that hate Peach for being "a bimbo" or whatever really need to stop. =\ They usually say stuff like "OMG SHE NEVR FITES BAK WEN BOSER KIDNAP HER". If you were wearing a pink dress and heels, would YOU be able to fight off a giant firebreathing turtle with really sharp teeth?

No, because I'm not a die-hard Peach fan. And all for the people I know like her, don't care, or don't even know her.

That's true, most people say that. They should acknowledge she is strong because fighting in those (SSBM) might be pretty hard. I often reply to those phrases with this "Oh, really? well, you try to do what you want when the director's script tells you to do the opposite!"

I reply with logic very often to them, but when i really hate the person and the person does it to annoy me, he gets a dose of punch. <_<

When said from people i don't know, i either reply with the phrase or i ignore them and show them the truth in the game.

Everyone's got a right to thier own opinions, whether I feel they're right or wrong.

No, she's a game character. She plays no role in my life nor to I have a significant amount of respect for her.

Even with some of my favorite characters. Yeah, it can be annoying if they just blindly insult them. But, they're game characters and haven't affected my life in such a drastic way or done anything for me. They're also not real and can't get offended by such comments.

I don't see how wanting to save Zelda besides Peach in the Brawl thing is offending Peach. Like how you said that some people said "Don't worry Zelda, I'll save you baby", I don't see what that has to do with Peach.

Why get work up about it? Peach is a nice character and all, but I think it`s cool to make fun of her or any character every now and then. I don`t try to hurt no one feelings, nor do I care. I`ve seen comic of Yoshi accidently attempting to eat Peach, because he was so hungry That he thought her head was a big peach. *You gotta admit. her head is shape like a peach. I draw her head using that method and it works.*

Anyway. Opinions are open. I mean geez! I`m a yoshi fan, I don`t mind a good joke about him everynow and then. I just ignore the stupid ones

Not everyone likes Yoshi, nor do everyone like Peach. Don`t you rip on characters or concepts you don`t like?

It's true, her head looks like a big peacha nd so does her hairstyle. (look at her forehead)

I think people shouldn't take the jokes so seriously, as UNF said, she doesn't affect our life on a major way. I try my best not to take the jokes that way...i prefer to show them the truth and i do that more often than replying bad at them.

I should rephrase my post. I don't like it when people senselessly Bash Peach. Teasing is fine though lol

No, not really. It's not like she can get offended. Maybe if some person made fun of me, I'd get all mad or something, but then again, I don't know anyone who would.

We all know Peach is fictional, so obviously she can't hear what's being said about her. It's real life, people. People are gonna say bad things and good things about you or anyone or anything else. Just deal with it. Like I said before, nobody's making fun of you directly, so just go with the flow.

My mate got teased loads when he wore a Peach dress at the Mario launch party, but he didn't care - the press loved him XD

You're so right Sparkz. It's fictional characters, not everybody is gonna like them like we do, and many willl want to annoy us just because they can't do anything better than that.

Well,just so you know,I LOVE Peach.I know my cousins call her "Peach fuzz".
I guess it's because they're older.And as far as I know,they haven't posted anything about Peach.I wouldn't know becuase I don't see them that often.But don't worry about them.
